This was an awesome find! The best Pho that I have ever had…
I had seen this place online, as an option for dinner before a show at The Variety Theater. When I walked by, I hesitated, as they have hookahs for patrons, with their meal. I decided it was worth it, and I could not smell smoke at all, despite people smoking hookahs at two tables nearby. The food was fantastic! I had the vegan Pho and the fried tofu, pickled carrots and fresh veggies and noodles were amazing. The service was even better – timely, attentive, friendly. My server suggested a cocktail with some substitutions, and it was great. Highly recommend.
